Mocha host customer services is one of the poorest experience I have ever had across industries. I have been victim of poor customer service form Mocha Host for at least 5 occasions and hence I decided to write a review and launch formal complaint with BBB. First of all, I never got any notice for suspension of service. Mocha claims they sent, but I found one notice AFTER the suspension in my junk filter for hotmail account. I immediately responded back saying that I dispute this notice and I will not pay the amount unless someone contacts me and explains. NO ONE CALLED OR SENT ANY EMAIL from Mocha. Instead, I received suspention and within the ticket logged int their own system, someone updated by saying they had sent me 3 notices so they will suspend until I pay $15. Come on $15??? Yes. So that is where I got frustrated and although paid the amount but made them clear that I am moving my website from their company. However, Mocha NEVER restored my service. I repeatedly did follow-up and Mocha was not able to resolve my problem. In fact, not only that resolution was not offered, instead no explanation with no time-frame was offered. I eventually said "what the F is happening with my account"....guess what, I received a notice from Mocha saying that I have abused one of their staffs and hence I must apologize otherwise they will never restore my service and will not respond. Now, I am standing here with point of no return. I expect Mocha to apologize and they the FIRST ever company to demand apology from a customer despite providing worst and most poor customer service. I would want to pursue them in the court but first want to see how BBB can help.
