Hi all,
I was contacted by them and fortunately I escaped. I needed in writing that they would guarantee at least a 30% mortgage reduction. They sent me paperwork saying they would deduct $1500 from any refunds if they couldn't get me a reduction. Here is their latest contact information if anyone wants to pursue any law suits:
