Jeff Boyle made all the paperwork simple and somehow entertaining. He let me know about all my options without trying to sell me things he knew I didn't need. I can tell he likes his job! He was very easy to work with. Chris took his time and demonstrated all the features on my new GLK. He even had his Shop Forman come talk to me about how my engine burns fuel more efficiently and cleaner. I am an Absolutely Excited First Time Mercedes Owner! Thank you Mercedes Benz of Encino!
