My experience could not have been more opposite of your's William. Memory foam "not at all comfortable"? I have a hard time believing that. It's incredibly comfortable. I've tried air, water, even latex and nothing comes close. I've had a Basic model from memoryfoam.com for months and have never slept better. It sounds like you are frustrated with the return policy, and not with the mattress...
