We purchased a mattress from this company, which was not at all comfortable, and not to our liking. We followed the steps they requested to initiate a return (well within the 90 day return period), but they avoided answering the phone, didn't return emails, and were overall not helpful. Despite their site's stated return policy ("If the customer would like Memoryfoam.com to handle pickup of the unwanted product with the costs coming out of the original payment for the item, please send an email to Claims@Memoryfoam.com." -> http://www.memoryfoam.com/mattress/free-trial/), they refused to handle even setting up freight pickup for the item, and they expected us to purchase packaging materials to return the mattress.
In addition, their policy is pretty much meaningless due to the expense of shipping a foam mattress once it's no longer vacuum sealed.
Sales reps at their 888 number were unhelpful, and requested that we contact Chris Nelson instead; he conveniently didn't respond to emails in a timely manner, and was frequently unavailable by phone.
Interestingly, the trustlink review banner on their site is static, and doesn't actually link to here (looks like a complaint has already been filed about that).
I would *not* recommend dealing with this company.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
