Please NEVER order from Melt it off with Mitch Gaylord. I ordered an Excercise cd set from them and received it but, then they started charging my credit card account for some other supplement that I never ordered or received. I called and they told me everything would be cancelled and refunded. They gave me an order cancellation number and yet they continued to charge my account three more instances with three separate charge amounts. When I called today the rep told me he could not review my records because system updates and yet when I pressed him he then said that my account was being charged due to " final balances" from the Essential Boost that I never ordered in the first place and he told me to call back later. Mitch Gaylord should be ashamed for attaching his name to such underhanded business practices with this company.
