We purchased a new 2011 Monaco Class A coach from McMahon RV in Colton, Ca. I agree with other customer comments, McMahon Rv is good for sale of the product only, AFTER the sale they will never call you back or follow-up. Their service department is a joke. They wont even call us back to make a service appointment. We even tried making an appt. at their Palm Desert location and they too never returned our calls.
We purchased an aftermarket product that they promised would be installed following the sale. Its been over two weeks of calls to every department at McMahons and no one calls me back. I am about to file a complaint on our credit card company to avoid paying for the product we never received. Hpefully soemone will call us back and avoid this. I would have felt better if someone would have called us back.
