Rude/Hostile

I've been a mortgage loan processor for 25 years and I have to say I am not impressed. The escrow officer I'm working with is hostile, agressive, and rude. I tried to address the issue with her, however received more of the same for my effort.
If they treat those of us in the industry like this, I can't imagine how they treat their buyers. They are not professional at all...
