We went to Mattress One and found the mattress we wanted at a very reasonable price. We were very happy with the salesperson but found out the company does not care about customer service. we were told that a Saturday delivery was not possible as the trucks were already out, that should have been our 1st indication of false advertising as in BIG LETTERS in the window was a "same day delivery". we were told that the mattress would be delivered on Monday, it is now 8:45 P.M. and we are still waiting. The driver does not answer, the Main Store has no answers and could not even get the order correct as they kept giving the wrong bed size. As the saga continues with such a simple purchase. It is now 1 week later, as I canceled the order on Monday we were told that a check would be in the mail........yeah right! This company does Not know the meaning of customerr service let alone the meaning of HONESTY! Spend your hard earned dollars at a store that will RESPECT you as a customer. STAY AWAY FROM MATTRESS ONE!!! BUYER BEWARE!
