I purchased a mattress on 9/24/07 from the No. Fontana store located on Summit.
The store manager Michael Blees, made an error by overcharging my credit card $55.00. Althouh he was aware of the error, he did not offer a refund because said he did not know how to how to credit my credit card. Instead, he wrote down "$55.00 credit towards next purchse" on his business card and stapled it to my mattress receipt.
When I returned to purchase an additional mattress, the store was vacant.
Please refer me to the proper person for reimbursement.
