Watch out for this guy. I have recently done business for Mr. Dunn, providing for him junk removal services. Upon completion of my work I was paid with a bad check for the sum of $400. It turns out the bank account was closed. From my experience of dealing with such an individual once before, I went right to work to do my research and see what type of character this is. It turns out that he has multiple civil suits against him for damages spanning into the thousands. You can look this information up for yourself on the Broward County Clerk of the Courts website. He also has a new case that is still open as of today (03-09-10) for operating a landscaping company without a license. I am going to file a police report tomorrow against Mr. Dunn and will be contacting the State Attorney's office to hopefully lay some fire under this case. Hope the next person to be ripped off by him will take action as well, this guy needs to be taken off the streets and thrown into jail.
