WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET !!!!
I ordered a Triton GPS thru the customer loyalty program. Sent them my gps. They signed for it. No word from them. I didnt recieve the tracking email as i was told i was going to so I called. Said billing issue. Re-gave my card information. Waited. Nothing. Called back, address error, fixed it. Waited, nothing. 4 days of calling, hours of hold and arguments each day, no resolution. NOW, they find out that my card was charged, but they processed the payment wrong. So the money has come out of my account, but altho they got authorization for it they do not have it either because they processed it incorrectly. Now they tell me that they cannot send me a gps, regardless of the promise that they would overnight me a unit so I would not lose work based around having a gps. They would need me to pay for a second unit from my own pocket, send the unit out, then cancel the old order and wait for that to clear before refunding me the cost of the extra unit. They refuse to work with me, they refuse to help resolve the issue quicker. They admit fault, but still stand behind them not being able to do anything for me. So now my gps is a minimum of THREE WEEKS LATE, i lose money every weekend i dont have it and they couldnt care less. UNREAL. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I WAS A LOYAL MAGELLAN FAN BUT WILL NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DO BUSINESS WITH THIS POS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY DONT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL AND ARE HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO IRRITATED WITH A COMPANY IN MY LIFE. I will do everything in my power to make sure that the public is aware of thir customer service flaws and how un-carring they are. once they have your money they are of no help at all until they want more of your money, then they call right back !!!!
