We have used M.H. Rueda Construction on several projects in our home. Most recently, April, 2010 – September, 2010, Mike has completed for us an entire family room addition, a kitchen remodel, and a bathroom with bath/shower remodel. These are the qualities we appreciate with M. H. Rueda Construction:
1. Mike is timely, efficient, intelligent, and a gentlemen.
2. All ideas, building designs, outlines, changes, time lines are done in writing so there is no confusion as to what is happening and when it will happen.
3. There are no monies asked up front. Invoices are submitted after work is completed at various set stages.
4. Mike will work within the set budget, but will advise you of all choices. He operates without bias and informs you of all possible scenarios.
5. Construction areas are clean and well kept on a daily basis. Minimal dust and disruption is made to other areas of the home.
6. Mike is knowledgeable of all city and county codes in building and construction and arranges for timely inspections throughout construction.
7. Mike’s crews are also timely, polite, efficient, courteous, and gentlemen.
8. Home security is maintained throughout the construction phases.
We are very please with the additions to our home. Neighbors also praise the beauty of construction, the minimal noise to the neighborhood, and the detail to design.
