I used Lynda.com during my time as a technical writer/developer at a large I.T. Corporation. I found the videos an excellent resource in expanding my role. I'm now using Lynda.com as I attempt to start my own business providing innovative E-Learning solutions.
I especially appreciate the positive tone portrayed by most of the SMEs as this greatly enhances the learning experience.
My only suggestion is that Lynda.com introduce user comments for each course & thinking further down the line, a live chat section where you can talk to other viewers of the course your working through would be awesome.
