I went to Lowe's of Ontario, CA and I was treated with disrespect. I had an Internet order which Lowe's had 20 minute guaranteed for pickup. I received an email which states that the order was ready so I went there to pick it up. Their counter rep. Norma couldn't find my order. I gave her all my info and she still couldn't find my order. She said I must have made a mistake and that I must have place the order with some other branch as there is no order for me in Ontario, CA. I was skeptical but I went home anyway. When I got home, I checked and, of course, the order was sent to that branch. I then called Norma and she still claims there is no order for me (she didn't even pretend to check.) Then I escalated this issue to their manager "Joe" and he was able to find my order within 1 minute. I was being PLAYED by Normal all along. That person made me drive 30 miles for nothing. I have no idea what is her problem. Then I asked "Joe" what about their 20 minute guarantee for Internet pickup orders. He just pretend he doesn't know and said we have refunded your money. I guess he doesn't want to deal with me and tried to shoo me away. That's fine, whatever. Now, I made the same complaint to their Internet customer service and they told me that this order had been marked as picked up. THE NERVE! Bottom line, bad customer service and bad attitude. I'll never return to this store again. I doubt they care anyway. If there is a negative 5 stars, this branch would get it.
