This company is a scam, they took 3600.00 from me to find that they never contacted either of my lenders. One of my lenders did a charge off and my other lender is going to work with me on a modification for no cost. If you have not already done so file a complaint with the Attorney General and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). When I searched the FTC website there was a complaint filed on 7-13-9 SACV09-800 DOC (ANX) this was when I lost all contact, they would not respond to my emails and when I call numbers given to me they are constantly busy.
I do see some positive statements but I suspect they did help some people so they could establish a good rep before they started scamming us.
