I have been impressed with this company. I got taken advanate of when I first got my loan and was told I could refy in 2 years. My rate was adjusting and then the market crashed and no one would refinance me & my lender said that I wasn't a canidate for a modification. I had a friend that already had gotten really good modifications by using this company and he said he were very happy. Being an engineer by trade I am naturally critical so I ended up going to their offices anyway to check them out in person and they were very professional. I dismissed the compaints this company had gotten becasue I read that their responses and it seems the complaints were more slander than anything. I was able to meet the people that actually worked on my modification and they were very helpful. Even though my lender told me they could not help me, this company was able to get me a very good loan modification and I am not struggling each month like I was.
