I called Loss Mitigation Services because I was struggling to make my mortgage payment each month. My home value was far below what my loan balance was and the monthly payments were too much for me to afford. I was extremely satisfied with everyone who helped me at LMS and their customer support was great. They really helped me understand and always answered my questions. They were able to help me get my monthly payments from $2743 down to $1450 and got my principal balance cut almost in half. I would recommend them to everyone who is in the same situation. Without them I would have ended up losing my home because I did not know how to do what they did for me. Thank You LMS.
