I was told by the lady who was handling my file at a certain point to stop making my mortgage payments to the current mortgage company. I talked with her numerous times between then and now (this began apprx March 13 to current date), and she would always tell me that they were still processing everything and it would take 60-90 days to complete. June 13 or thereabouts, it will be 90 days. They removed the two $750.00 payments from my checking account as agreed upon, and she continued to reassure me that she was looking for the best deal for my given situation. In the past, I've never had a problem with at least reaching the Customer Service Dept. there, and now I cannot reach anyone, Customer Service, Devin, Devins Boss Christopher, or Christopher's boss, Michael Montez. Now when I try to call Devin (I use the same number as always), it says her extension is not a working number. When I try to reach Customer Service or either Michael Montez, or Christopher, all I get is recordings. With Customer Svc, it says to leave a message and they'll return your call w/i 24 hours, and with the other two guys, it says they'll return your call the same business day. I've tried to reach someone from Monday through today (Friday) and left messages with no response. My current Mortgage company is sending me Foreclosure warnings and I cannot get these people to respond to my calls.

In March of 2009, I began a loan remodification with this company and was told it would be a processing time of 60-90 days to process and complete.
Resolution Sought


I would like them to either make good on what they are were trying to do for me with a new loan, return my phone messages, or quickly refund my money to me. I was told that if they could not do anything for me that all of the money they got from me would be refunded. I feel like they are all avoiding me, or shut down and taken off with my money and who knows who elses.
