we have been struggling with our attempts at a loan modification for many months. frustrated, we hired loan processing centerr, inc. with an upfront cost of $2500 to aid us in this frustrating process. so far, they have done very little. they advertise that they are attorney backed, but we have yet to see any evidence of this. in fact, so far, all they have done is take over the task of calling our lender and even this has been done poorly. we have had to constantly call loan processing center, inc. to beg them to call our lender since they apparently make very few calls to update our progress. that is, if we are lucky enough to get in touch with anyone there! the result is that we have been the ones to call our lender for updates....essentially we are doing everything ourselves again.
they do not return phone calls or emails. if you call their customer support line, you get voicemail. they are a back-end processor that brokers will send your file to, so they seem more concerned with collecting new files rather than working on the ones they have.
until i see otherwise, i would recommend extreme caution before dealing with this company!
