This company uses unethical telemarketing practices. I am on the do not call list and they routed a telemarketing call to me in the following manner: the call came in as Out of Area, then a message told me to hold on and I would be connected to my party. A few clicks later a telemarketing agent was on the line trying to get my personal information from me. This is a complete violation of both the spirit and the law. I have reported them to Donotcall.gov and I will be reporting them to the Contractor's bureau as well. I am sorry to see that the Better Business Bureau condones this kind of marketing.
