I am interested in taking legal action against this company can anyone help me. i am a single mom with 4 children 3 adopted . this company took me for 750.00 it dont sound like a lot but when you are on a fixed income it is a huge amount. christopher bailey told me i could refi get a 2% intrest rate it would take a month but when i paid for the appraisel i could not get in touch with them. this was in feb. still trying to get in touch with them.i borrowed the 750 from my daughter they need to be chareged with fraud stealing undo distress and stoped they even pulled my credit.im in n.c. if anyone can help me 828 966 4602
