Great customer service
|
I had bought 6 MR16 50 WATT about a year ago. One of the light started flickering and eventually stop working. I contacted their customer service and without question they shipped me new bulb the same day. You don't get this kind of customer service these days. Thanks a ton for hassle free replacement.
BTW, I am very satisfied with these bulbs overall.
