DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
I placed an order, after CONFIRMING the product was and would be available almost a week ago. A day later I received a generic email stating "Mission delay..." (very cute) stating my order would be delayed due to a back order of the product I ordered. NO estimated ship or receive date was listed. I attempted to contact them via a "real person" on their website to get a date, but after getting no reply noticed the office had just closed (even though I'd been trying to get the online for almost 30 minutes). I had to search the web for a telephone number as it wasn't located on the site (at least via my search). Nearly a week after the order was placed, and receiving no updates, I was finally able to make contact and spoke with "Brian." I explained the situation and stated my request: when will I receive my order. He could not provide me an answer. This went on for a few minutes when he asked me what he "could do for me" since there was a delay. Not knowing the process with LA Police Gear, I asked for a suggestion. He did not provide any. I threw out to him "send me the item without charging me since you can't tell me WHEN I can expect it," figuring he'd laugh and tell me "no." He didn't do that, but actually ignored my statement, telling me it would now be "about two weeks." We discussed that it would be 2 to 2 1/2 weeks SINCE placing the order and there was still no guarantee of receipt. He then stated he "could check with the manufacturer to see when it would ship but that would take two more days." When I referred back to my reply of what the company could do, he ignored me again repeating he could check the date with the manufacturer. I asked again about my reply to which he answered "we can't do that." The discussion went on a little longer, but suffice it to say I cancelled the order. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I have had similar experiences with this company in the past and was HOPING something would have changed-IT HASN'T!!! They offer "perks" but can't deliver. If you're considering this company because the website shows or states something they can "deliver" use the BUYER BEWARE guide and check around! What you think may be something great may just be a CRAPPY experience!!
