Horrible. I had the unfortunate opportunity to visit this office on a referral from the emergency room. The front deesk staff has little to none insurance knowledge and is very unprofessional. Upon arriving for my SECOND appointment I was advised I would have to pay for the session in cash because my insurance was not billed. I am a member of a HMO with amazing coverage, and I called the office prior to my appointment TWICE to confirm my coverage and ensure it would be billed correctly. A total big whopping #FAIL. I intend to take my great insurance and business elsewhere. Somewhere where they have it together.
