I ordered a King sized comforter set and matching curtain set. I received the comforter set and love it. It is good quality. I did not receive the curtain set that I paid for. Instead, someone sent a set of king sized sheets. I called off and on for a week to the 1-866 number and all three menu choices voice mailboxes were full everytime I called. I e-mailed multiple times and never received a reply. after a week and a half, I finally found a "if you're calling from out of the U.S. phone number" and called it. After being put on hold for 5 minutes or more per call and several calls, I was told I would get a RMA e-mailed and that they would mail the curtain set AFTER receiving the sheets. I told them I didn't order the sheets and curtains should be sent now and they said they would. I complained about the lack of customer service in regard to being hard to reach. I asked to talk to a manager and was able to after demanding it and 2 more phone calls. Manager said they would send curtains. I told her the issue was lack of response to e-mails and difficulty reaching by phone. She never seemed to understand. I later got e-mail that showed they re-shipped curtain set AND comforter and appeared I got charged again. I called again was told that is just their procedure, that they only were sending curtains and did not charge me. I sent 2 more e-mails before the call letting them know they better not send another comforter or charge me. The next day I saw they read my e-mails to them, but I got no reply. My main complaint is that they didn't seem to understand nor care about pleasing comforters. They said "We shipping curtains to you...we no need to reply"...I do think they should have replied. That would be good customer relations and service. I asked to speak to the owner and was told they were based in China. It's a shame because their merchandise is nice. If you got what you ordered and had no errors, it would be fine. Prices are great. I would not recommend purchasing from kinglinen.com.
