I had a very poor experience with king linen. Their customer service reps have attitudes and are very rude....if they even answer the phone. I opened my sheets and they had brown stains on them. I called it in immediately and they sent a resolution. I agreed to the resolution and no more than 3 days later my pillow case started wearing. I called back to complain because at such high prices these comforter sets should not be wearing so quickly. Now they are telling me there is nothing they can do about my wearing pillowcases because I agreed to the resolution on the day I received the sheets. I am not psychic. How was I supposed to know that in a few days my pillowcases would start wearing. This is totally unfair so I asked to speak to the manager. They said she is unavailable so I will call back every day if I have to get this resolved. This is utter and complete bull$#*!. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.
