I called today and spoke with Joan Bennett the manager of this company: Keystone Property Management Inc. Joan and this company are crazy. There is a lot of confusion and unwillingness to be upfront about the maintenance costs of a building they are managing.
They would not give simple answers and were really deceptive about the history of special assessments in a specific building. After being on hold for 30 minutes, I learned the building they manage has no reserve funds and lots of pending lawsuits. Out of embarrassment regarding their own messy business practices they hung up the telephone on me.
I would stay away from this unprofessional and disorganized organization!
