Horrible customer service ( Vice pres does not know how to deal with people ) . If you pick up your car from them DOUBLE CHECK everything before you sign any papers from them. They caused damaged to my car when the towed it and My Personal belongings were missing. ( Ipod and $6 ) Lucky for me I didn't have anything else that was more valuable cause I'm pretty sure I would of been missing too.
