Horrible Service!

I am extremely disappointed in Kevin's Jewelers in the Thousand Oaks Mall and will not be returning for future purchases. My boyfriend bought me a beautiful right for Christmas and was concerned that I might not like it. He asked about the return policy and was told that if I did not like the ring to please bring it back and exchange for what I wanted. What a shock to see the way we were treated when we walked into the store on Dec. 27. At first everyone was giving us the hard sell on the sale going on until the sales lady that had helped my boyfriend spied him and told our new sales clerk that we were "returning". They immediately looked up the purchase of the ring he had bought and became cold and distant. We were told to size this ring and basically left alone in the store as no one would help us. So now I have a ring that is beautiful but to my style and Kevin's Jewelers lost any potential future business with us.
