Property is misrepresented in photos. His ad on Craigslist states a monthly rate of $995 but upon arrival my wife was told the rent was $1300/month. I chose to rent for only a week. The Sahara condo I rented in Sunny Isles, FL (4/6/09-4/13/09 for $480 cash) was not properly cleaned, the shower had hair and mold in it, a broken table fell on my wife's foot. Mr. Kaul refues to return a 2-night deposit of $138 previouslyt collected through Pay Pal or to account for the taxes he claims to collect. He offers no excuse or response for keeping my money.
