by far the worst cusomer service out of anygame i have ever played. you buy premium mebership of the games to have better customer service yet you get the same result as someone who just started the game... in game if you ever have a problem there will never be a AM/GM on to help you,and if there is the only thing they will ever tell you is submit a ticket which will be the same response as the normal non premium members get and it still take 15-24 hours to even get a reponse back. or they will now make up a reason for you getting banned like my friend who was banned for 5 days for language is now perma banned for breaking TOS while he was already banned.. they say an AM witnessed him breaking the TOS...
well to end this, this is by far the worst company to get invovled with i have ever seen and i highly suggest you dont even give them a try. knowing this you will see why the player base has at the very least dropped by half
