I ordered this flowers on May 4, 2011 for the passing of a family member.I was very disappointed by this company. I ordered on line to save time and it seemed safe to order and they had some VERY PRETTY flower arrangements to choose from. I was picking funeral flowers. I ordered them and wanted them to be delivered before 1:00 so I paid an extra 4.99 for the service. Well in my disappointment the flowers weren't delivered for the Family Only Service. This was a Sister-in-laws funeral in which I could be there. My Hubby would be. He was to watch for our flowers and they weren't there. After placing 2 more calls to the company, they arrive but they were DISGRACEFUL!!!!! I paid for an arrangement of 64.99 and when they arrived they looked as if I only paid 25.00 or 30.00 how cheap they looked. The basket wasn't even the tight size. With talking to the company they only wanted to take 5.00 off my order, they did credit me for the 5.00 for the express delivery. But how disrespectful to me and my family to send such pitiful flowers then to only want to credit such a low amount. After 7 calls back and forth they still don't want to make it right! This is a lousy company to deal with. I will NEVER call on this company for ANY SERVICE~!!!! DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!!!!!
