I called the BBB to find a good carpet cleaning business in the area. The repressentative told me this business was excellent, a member of the BBB for many years and had a good rating and I was told it was excellent- an A business. I went ahead and chose them to set an appointment to do the carpet cleaning necessary. When I called the woman told me that they would be out between 3-4pm, but that they would call me when they were on there way. At 5pm i still hadnt heard from them so I called thier number back and a man answered. I explained the situation to him and he took my info and said he would call me back in 5 min after he located the technician. By 6pm I still hadnt heard anything back . I then called again and reached a voicemail service. I left a message about my unsatisfied service and I never got a phone call back!!!! Do not use this business if you seriously need work done!!!!
