Excellent Follow Through

Joel’s Roofing and Gutter,
After receiving 5 bids I decided to go with Joel’s. He did not present the cheapest bid but he was also not the most expensive. Another reason I decided to go with Joel’s was his follow through; I was impressed by his timeliness of our initial meeting and by the speed in which I received the bid. That follow through was consistent from the start of the job to the finish.
I am also impressed by his patience of when we could start the job. After 2 start dates were postponed by me we were able to set a solid start date. When that day came the crew was here at the arranged start time. They worked long days and stayed late. Joel always had a crew foreman that was happy to answer any questions I may have had. They were respectful of our yard and of our neighbors.
The job is completed as of today. Everything looks great. The new roof and gutters will make me sleep better. Right now I am looking forward to another rainy season. The workmanship, the quality of the finished product and my re-roofing experience are excellent. I will be happy to recommend Joel’s to anyone who needs a good roofer.
