I ordered a Jewelry Armoire on 10/24. After 2 weeks (10 bus. days) it had not shipped. After 2 emails and 5 days they replied. "Hurricane Sandy" had delayed the distributor (it was ordered 2 weeks before Sandy). Two more weeks went by and again they told me that the Hurricane is causing delays. Since the order had not yet shipped, I called them and requested a cancellation. They were very accommodating and canceled the order.
P.S. -I found the same armoire on Amazon being sold through a different distributor. I ordered it on 11/16 and it shipped 11/20. Jewelry Box Direct are slow to process, slow to respond to emails, slow, slow slow. Proceed with caution.
