The customer service was horrible. My order was incorrect, I never received a message that my order was in, the glasses did not fit right (even after adjustment) when I did get them. In addition, when I complained about it they did not offer to fix the problem right away - instead, they argued with me on the telephone that the written order they had on file did not include the information I was saying that it should have (i.e., it's MY fault the order was screwed up). I will never go back to this office. In the end, I was fortunate that there was one decent receptionist in the office when I went in (in person) to complain again; this receptionist saw that I was upset about the problem (the 1st receptionist walked away from me) and did help me fix it. Most of Dr. Compton's staff seems either very incompetent or unqualified - and rude.
