This company is very unprofessional. There is no truth to what they tell you. I had had 3 different experiences with the company and all have been bad. The most recent experience with J & M was the had my car in storage for the reason of it being impounded by the police. When it came to the date of it to be lien saled I had gone to J & M about 45mins before the action was supposed to start. The business doors were locked. I knocked the owners wife let me in and I proceeded to ask if there was anyway I could keep my car from selling that day. She went and searched for the paperwork said that would not be a problem, took a deposit from me and told me when the owner came in she would have him give me a call so we could work out somw kind of arrangement for me to get my car. Also a employee of J & M walked in and had commented that the car was still there and was telling me that they had to move it a few times to get other cars.
Never recieved phone call so the next business day I called and talked to owner and he had told me the car was sold. He had sold it the day of the sale. he had said that there was three people at the auction and that just happened to be one of the cars the someone wanted. He was telling me he was there to conduct the sale which was at 10am and was done and out of there by 10:10 I was there at 9:15 till 10am and there was no owner no other people besides 1 employee and the owners wife and the never returned the money they took for them to hold the car that they supposeably had sold. So basically they took money for a car that they new was not there and or sold it after the fact and lied about everything since I was already told the car was still there for sure cause it had to be moved a few times and it was in the way.
