It has been almost 13 months since we started this "modification" process. So far nothing has happened and our point of contact will not respond to our e-mails requesting a status or update for a long time. Then it got transferred to someone else who did contact but did nothing different. I failed to checked the Better Business Bureau and the rating for this company which is a "F". I should have checked the Better Business Bureau rating and complaints prior to handing over the $2500 check for a modification. At the very least you would expect the person handling your modification to answer your request for a phone call or a status update on timely basis. We are extremely disappointed and advise you to not seek their help. Stay away from them...
