I had a GREAT customer service experience with ivgstores! What impressed me about this experience and compelled to write about it for the first time (ever) was the outstanding service and support I received during the resolution process. I ordered two identical room divider screens from the store. One of the screens we received was an obvious mistake. Using the online service, I connected with Tiffany. I asked for help in clarifying the issue and resolving it such that I received the correct second screen. Tiffany reassured me that they wanted to solve the problem and agreed to receive pictures of the two screens. She even left voicemail messages at our home (as well as on email) to keep us apprised of each step of the process. The manufacturer agreed to replace the screen, at their expense, and we had the new screen within one week. It was nearly as hassle free an experience I have ever had. I wasn't asked to go through a lengthy "order review" nor an extensive period of time waiting for the manufacturer to make a decision, nor to have to follow up in the "black hole" of most customer service queues. Tiffany made sure that we were connected, on the same page and provided just the right amount of follow up with me. Granted, it would have been best to not have the error in the first place. But, at the end of the day it wasn't technology that won my praise for this online retailer, ivgstores, it was the HUMAN BEING who supplied the good old fashioned outstanding customer service that sets them apart from nearly any other "problem resolution" experience I have ever encountered. A message to ivgstore....Hang on to Tiffany, she rocks!!!
