Guilty of false profits and unfair dealings

This company is known for keeping the deposits of renters illegally. They send bogus bills to justify keeping renter's deposits. In 2014 the Bureau of Real Estate filed numerous charges against both Irvine property management and Gary Sully (manager) real estate licenses. They were accused of Secret Profits/Fraud and dishonest dealings. Both Gary Sully's Real Estate License and Irvine Property Management's Real Estate License were suspended for 90 days and then revoked. They were both then given restricted licenses and had to pay thousands of $ in fees and penalties. They both admitted guilt. Stay away!!!
