Intervention 911 Less than honest

I hired Intervention 911 as a last resort to get my daughter help with her eating disorder. I am grateful that Stephen from intervention 911 did help me get my daughter to a treatment center. My daughter was within a few days of dying. I was out of my mind with stress and worry. I depended on intervention 911 and trusted what they said. They said they would take care of all the arrangements - I ended up having to do it. They quoted me a price for the intervention and said they would take my daughter to the facility. I ended up going along with the interventionist and my daughter to the facility.They charged me extra for the day we traveled to the facility but neglected to tell me of any extra charges that might be incurred when I initually spoke with them. They had also told me that my daughters insurance would pay for a portion of the intervention. Like a fool I believed them after the intervention I emailed them several times asking about the insurance. When I finally got an email from them they said they would have to check on it and get back to me. Nothing was ever filed with my daughters insurance and my email wasn't answered until I sent an emai telling them they should be ashamed of themselves. After that, they wanted to talk to me and I told them unless you have something to tell me about insurance don't bother. I had nothing more to discuss with them. I have no respect for a company that doesn't level with you up front and disclose all the information and possible costs up front. I was going through enough and didn't need the added stress. They say they follow up with you but they didn't with myself and my daughter. My daughter was very sick and shouldn't have even been put in a treatment facility she should have been taken to a hospital right away. She had to be transfered to two hospitals after approximately a week in the treament center. Intervention 911 did not have enough knowledge to know that hospitalization was the course that should have been followed. I am thankful and give the inteventionist credit for assisting in getting my daughter help but I wouldn't reccomend them overall. They weren't honest and forthcoming about costs that could be incurred. Intervention 911 was definately not truthful about the insurance. I think they take advantage of desperate people that need help and give them their trust. I would definately reccomend going to another intervention company to anyone seeking intervention help.
