YOU PAY THEM!!! TO TAKE(GIVE)TITLE OF YOUR TIME SHARE TO THEM . EG. YOUR MAINTAINENCE FEE IS $ 600 PER YEAR, YOU PAY THEM $3895 TO TAKE TITLE OF YOUR OWNERSHIP OF THE TIMESHARE PERIOD. MAKE SENSE ???? NOT TO ME
