I always had someone to talk to--I could email or call and would receive a response back the same day. It was very comforting and the company also gave me the BBB's phone number, if I chose to call them, so they were very open and willing to assist. I basically didn't have to do anything, the company did everything and there were no hiccups with the process I was explained. I just had to be patient.
