Interest Rate Mediators is a scam. They got me good for $3495.00. They were so nice, returned calls and pretended to do work until they received payment in full. Once it came down to actually negotiation a rework with my mortgage company, I could no longer get a hold of a single person at the company (phone were not being answered and emails were not being returned) I even waited at the front door of their office for two days until the owner, Morris, finally showed up. Once he did, he refused to offer me any assistance and would not refund my money, even though the company claims to have a 180 days full refund policy if they do not achieve a modification.
Do not be fooled by these fast talking jerks. They will steal your money and disappear. IRM intentionally victimizes those who are already in financial crisis.
