I paid IRM $3400 to modify my home's interest rate in August. They sent the initial information to my mortgage company, but as of November 1, 2009, they no longer answer their phones, emails, or faxes. I would love to be involved with any action against this group. I am now in foreclosure with my home and would like to prevent them from harming others. If anyone has been to their physical address I would like to know if they are still located there. My phone number is 916-261-4118. I know another person in the same situation.
