I signed a contract with Interest Rate Mediators on August 4, 2009. I paid the $3000.00 in full before the month ended. The staff contacted weekly with updates to the file. Last month I got concerned when the telephone was unanswered and my emails rejected. I sent a certified letter to them on November 4,2009 which was left at the business. My mortgage company sent me a correspondence and stated as of this date they never received documentation related to my file. My lender has stated I need to pay in full or face further collections. I'm a hard working family man with a sick wife and a two year old son and I feel empty because I trusted these people to do the right thing. If anyone has a number to reach this company please help. I hope this money isn't lost and there is truly a company trying to assist families like myself.
