I approached Anthony to re-finance but after getting all the paperwork in, the appraisal didn't come in high enough. It took almost 18 months to get together paperwork to properly document the square footage of my 1930s era home but once I did, I was ready
to try again. I called Anthony and he had all the original paperwork on file so we were able to get everything together very quickly. He even paid for the 2nd appraisal because the first attempt at a re-fi didn't work out. Anthony was responsive and kept me
informed every step of the way. Start to finish we were done in less than a month. I would definitely use him again.
