My experience in helping a dear friend, who does not speak fluent English, to re-fi her home was all positive. Anthony I. handled all the paper work. Here are the summarized highlights: (1) Always returns calls promptly, usually in hours, (2) Always does what he said he would do, very trustworthy, (3) He is most efficient, getting things done in the least possible amount of time, (4) Patient & courteous, oftentimes explaining situations to me like a good teacher. Naturally, my friend got her re-fi in the anticipated time and had a locked in interest rate. Other words I may want to describe Anthony I. are: knowledgeable, professional, understanding, reliable, honorable. I suppose those words are enough. I want to save a few for myself.
