Apparently Insurance Cost Direct purchased a company called "My Car Solutions" eff 3/31/10. I am due a credit from "My Car Solutions." On 4/19/10 - Insurance Cost Direct said they could see I was due a credit and they had 30 business days (after 3/31/10) to correct the previous company's refunds. I called back 5/24/10 - after being on hold (and listening to Christmas music from their company's phone service) I am now told to contact my credit card company - another run around.
